Pets

Wild creatures you rope in the Desert and keep inside your clan territory, where they patrol and fight anyone who comes in. Pets are the only thing in the game that lands an effect on a hit — poison, stun, and more to come.

🪢 How to catch one

Be in a clan first — no clan, no rope button
Beat it down low — 30% health or less · it will not let you near before that
Throw a rope — from 5 m · costs one rope · a red circle appears around it
It asks for food — give the exact one it wants → (5–20%) progress
Fill the bar to 100% — one of the ropes still on it is drawn — see below

🎲 When several people rope the same one

Anyone can throw a rope on it — everybody's food goes into the same bar
Whoever feeds first takes that turn — the ones who tapped later keep their food
At 100% the winner is drawn at random — among every rope still attached
Feeding more does not improve your odds — one rope, one ticket — that is the whole draw

⚠️ What loses it

Step outside the red circle and the rope snaps · dying or leaving snaps it too · the bar drains 1% every 2 s while nobody is holding on, and at 0 the pet walks away.

🎒 Make room first

A caught pet goes into your mount slots. Win the draw with those slots full and the pet is lost outright — it does not go back to the wild.

🗺️ Where they show up

They roam the Desert — the Forest has none. Go looking, and one that nobody bothers eventually wanders off.

🍖 Raising it

Release it into your clan territory first — stand inside your own territory · no free slot and it waits in your bag
Hungry every (1–2 h) — only until it is grown · any clan member can feed it
Every full belly — +20% to health, damage, armour, attack speed and speed, stacking · (10–30%) closer to grown
The food it asked for — also adds a line of that food's stat
Grown at 100% — never hungry again · now it can come along with you
Its effect strength is set once — (5–30%) · no amount of feeding ever raises it

😠 When nobody feeds it

Hungry for 30 min — it hunts another pet in the same territory · going for the element it beats first
They fight to the death — the loser is gone for good · the winner is fed, but gets no stat line
Nothing to eat for 3 h — it starves to death, gone for good

🦮 Taking it along

Grown pets only — stand inside your own territory to take one · one at a time
It comes out on Follow
Changing its order — stand within 10 m of it · once a minute
Putting it back — stand inside your territory · never blocked, even when the territory is full

🎯 Its three orders

Follow — never fights, just sticks to you
Neutral — stays within 10 m of you · hits back whoever hits it, otherwise joins the fight you are in
Aggressive — does not listen · goes after the nearest player from another clan, or monster, within 10 m of itself

💫 Knocked out, or gone for good

Knocked out while it is with you — it goes home with 5% health · nobody can hit it and it hits nobody
Revive it after 1 h — free · stand inside the territory · it wakes up where it is, still at 5%, and the medical camp heals it
Gone for good if it dies inside the territory — killed by raiders · lost a hunger fight · starved · or the territory itself was lost

⏸️ Special states

More pets than slots — the extras cannot attack but can still be hit · take one out or expand the territory
Build mode is on — every pet in the territory freezes · no fighting, no being hit, no feeding, taking or reviving

🏠 How many you can keep

One per metre of your territory's side — a 5 m territory holds 5 — and never more than 30.

🌀 The five elements

Every creature gets its element at random when it appears, so the same species turns up in all five.

Steel — Armor · Accuracy · Critical

an assassin in armour

Verdant — Health · Damage · Life Steal

a bruiser that heals itself

Tide — Speed · Life Steal · Counter

quick, slippery, hits back

Ember — Damage · Attack Speed · Critical

pure damage, no defence at all

Terra — Health · Armor · Counter

a wall, no damage food at all

💡

Elements only matter when a pet goes hungry — it hunts the element it beats first: Steel > Verdant > Terra > Tide > Ember > Steel.
